Nestled at the back of the lot, this boutique ADU is separated from the main residence by a shimmering pool, with the San Jacinto Mountains framing the distant view. The design masterfully blends the minimalist elegance of the 1960s with modern materials and techniques, creating a seamless and stylish addition to the property. This thoughtfully crafted space enhances both the functionality and value of the existing lot, offering a perfect blend of classic mid-century aesthetics and contemporary comfort, all within the iconic Palm Springs setting.
In addition to the architectural design, Innate AEC provided landscape architecture and interior design services, ensuring the ADU harmonized with its surroundings. The exterior is thoughtfully integrated into the natural landscape, with careful attention to the desert environment, while the interior is just as meticulously planned. Every detail, from furnishings to finishes, reflects the same commitment to mid-century modern aesthetics, creating a cohesive and elegant living space.
