Our Process
Step 1
Free Estimate
In our initial inspection we take measurements of your kitchen or bathroom, determine the scope of work, the budget of different materials and whether a permit is necessary.
Step 2
Design
Architectural design is crucial for bathroom and kitchen remodeling as it ensures optimal space utilization and enhances functionality. We have architects and interior designers on our team in order to improve the aesthetic appeal and add value to your home by integrating modern trends and personalized touches.
Step 3
Material Selection
We help you select materials that match your vision, considering factors like durability, aesthetics, and cost. We ensure all necessary materials and supplies are ordered and delivered on time. We can meet you at Floor and Decor to go over tile choices together.
Step 4
Job Site Protection
We section off the area of work from the rest of the house ensuring that dust and debris do not circulate throughout the house. We lay down construction paper to protect the floor from foot traffic.
Step 5
Demolition
We strip the old kitchen or bathroom, removing the old flooring, fixtures, trim, cabinets and appliances. We then haul away all the debris. Now we have a blank canvas in which to build your dream kitchen or bathroom.
Step 6
Installation
Our licensed tradesmen adjust the framing, plumbing and electrical to match your new plan. From there our skilled artisans install the drywall, tile, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, trim and paint.
Step 7
Clean Up
We carefully remove all debris and excess materials from the site. Our team does a detailed construction cleaning to remove all dust. We perform a final walkthrough with the client to address any concerns or touch-ups.

My husband and I worked with Michael on major extension and addition plans for our house. As first time homeowners, we didn't know what to expect in a major house renovation. Michael answered all of our questions about next steps and possible timelines and prices based on his previous experience. We appreciated his honesty and genuineness in helping us.

When a pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the kitchen and the room below it, Innate AEC saved the day! Not only did they do an amazing job rebuilding both rooms from scratch, they were extremely fast! They said two weeks, and that’s exactly how long it took! They consulted me at each step and even fixed some small things along the way! Additionally, they spent a lot of time working directly with my homeowners insurance company to ensure that all the repairs were covered by insurance. They made a hard situation much easier and my kitchen and guest room look better than before the leak. 10/10 would work with them again.
Innovative, creative and passionate….Michael and Trent are simply the best. What I believe sets them apart is the personal hands on approach to a project and doing things the right way with a permit.
