This design and construction remodeling project was tailored to address the unique accessibility concerns of an elderly couple.

With a focus on enhancing livability and functionality, the project aimed to transform their existing home into a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment that accommodates their evolving needs. Every aspect of the renovation was meticulously planned and executed to ensure compliance with ADA standards and local building codes, providing peace of mind for the homeowners and their loved ones. The bathrooms were a focal point of the renovation, with a primary emphasis on ADA compliance. Modifications included the installation of grab bars, accessible-height toilets, roll-in showers with non-slip flooring, adjustable showerheads, and strategically placed seating for added safety and convenience.

Our project engaged skilled craftsmen and tradespeople to meticulously execute the renovation, ensuring precision and attention to detail. We seamlessly integrated custom architectural design elements throughout, fostering a harmonious synergy between design and construction. Premium, luxury materials were handpicked to elevate the aesthetic appeal and longevity of the home. This included exquisite natural quartzite stone countertops, luxurious faucets and appliances, as well as top-tier vinyl and shaker-style cabinets. These high-quality finishes not only exude luxury but also offer durability and ease of maintenance, ensuring the project stands as a timeless testament to quality craftsmanship and elegant design.

EJ and Carole Pellegrino Residential Client

We hired Michael and Trent because they were young and up-and-coming and we thought they would do a good job. They were very likable and friendly when they came to make a bid on what we wanted to do. We had an idea of what we wanted yet the architecture part did help. My wife had a lot of input on what we wanted and it was the collaboration between the two (architect and client) that worked out really good. They knew how to put it together right. They communicated very well and were very responsive and quick on our questions. When we sent a text to them with a questions, they were quick to come back, almost instantaneously. The kitchens and bathrooms came out very nicely. The flooring came out nice and their tiler did a super duper job.
